Bulgogi

Ingredients (for one serving)

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Pinch of minced garlic
  • Pinch of chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1/4 pound of thin slices of beef
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, Pinch of minced garlic, Pinch of chopped green onions and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
  2. After mixing the marinate, throw in the 1/4 pound of thin slices of beef. Mix the beef and marinate well.
  3. You should let the beef marinate, but if you’re in a hurry, you can go ahead and start cooking!
  4. Using medium heat, pre-heat a wok or pan. Once heated, add 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil and spread it around the wok/pan
  5. Once the oil is heated, throw on the bulgogi!
  6. Keep cooking the bulgogi until it is charred and cooked through
