In a bowl, mix the 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, Pinch of minced garlic, Pinch of chopped green onions and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
After mixing the marinate, throw in the 1/4 pound of thin slices of beef. Mix the beef and marinate well.
You should let the beef marinate, but if you’re in a hurry, you can go ahead and start cooking!
Using medium heat, pre-heat a wok or pan. Once heated, add 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil and spread it around the wok/pan
Once the oil is heated, throw on the bulgogi!
Keep cooking the bulgogi until it is charred and cooked through
